Taking a quick glance at Crossfit London‘s awesome site and I wouldn’t hold it againist you for thinking we are slightly mad.
Yes the workouts can look hardcore, most of the pictures show members pushing themselves to the limit with sweat on their brow. It is not your typical gym environment.
For a start nobody is posing round the gym trying to chat you up and nobody could care less what gym kit you have on.
We are not hum-drum, we like to be different, exciting, involved and passionate.
The best part is that anyone can take part. We as coaches love a challenge and will scale any exercise for any age or level and ability.
