Although there is no formal Pre-post natal fitness classes currently at Crossfit London I am qualified and covered by insurance to allow pregnant ladies to attend.
We would like in the future to hold specific classes but until then….
I run classes at Crossfit London Saturday mornings which are suitable if you have been a crossfitter previously to pregnancy.
9:30am & 10:30am
Personal Training sessions can be booked for any ability.
For more individual approach, you may like to try some personal training sessions. I can offer you this service at either CrossFit London in Bethnal Green or at my new garage gym off Shooters Hill Se18.
A one2one environment means that training can be specific to your level of fitness and experience, exposing you to some or all of the elements of CrossFit in a safe and enjoyable way, whether pregnant or not.
